We, at Betwinkled, want you to feel safe and secure when ordering with us. This is why
we use PayPal® for payment processing. PayPal® makes it quick, easy and secure. Their
industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems make them the trusted leader in online payments. It is guaranteed to be a smooth transaction from beginning to end. You do not even need a PayPal® account to process your payment. Betwinkled does not handle or store your sensitive financial information, as PayPal® does not share that information with merchants.
For your convenience, PayPal® accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club cards (with a MC logo), debit cards, eCheck, bank
transfers, and PayPal® balances. If you would rather mail in your payment (personal check or money order) to us, you may do so, however, your order will not be processed until we receive your payment and your check has cleared. Shipping:
All items are packaged securely and shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (including Delivery Confirmation) and USPS First-Class Mail International.
Should you prefer a different carrier or delivery service, please contact us with your delivery preference and we will gladly provide you with the respective shipping rates.
For shipping within the United States, fees are from $2.00 to $3.00 for the first item, depending on weight, and 25˘ for each additional item.
For shipping to Canada, fees are from $2.50 to $3.50 for the first item, depending on weight, and 25˘ for each additional item. For shipping to anywhere else in the world, there is a flat fee of $5.00 for the first item and 80˘ for each additional item.
In some countries, there will be additional charges (i.e. custom duties/taxes) for items shipped from international locations, which we will not
be responsible for. These additional charges must be rendered, by you, in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local
customs office for more information.
Insurance is not included, however, we highly recommend that you insure your purchase for the value of the jewelry so as to relieve both
parties of the responsibility, should any item/s get lost or damaged in transit, as we are not liable. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will
gladly provide you with any necesasary paperwork needed in order to submit your claim with USPS.

Do you like one of our designs but would rather a different stone, metal, chain, color, or length? Or do you prefer a particular stone, metal, or chain that you would like implemented into your own design? Whatever you may have in mind, we will be more than happy to hear from you. Just contact us, with the specifics, and we will certainly try our best to meet your desires.
Should you prefer a different component (for instance, leverbacks instead of ear hooks or a lobster clasp instead of a toggle closure) for your piece/s, please contact us, prior to placing your order, so that we can inform you of the available components and (if any) additional fee for your desired component. If we do not have your requested component in stock, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

Returns/Exchanges:
We would love for you to be a repeat-customer, therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you
are not entirely pleased, contact us with the reason for return/exchange, within 72 hours of receiving the item/s*. This also applies to any claims
(damage or shortage)**. If reported within the allotted time frame, we will promptly issue you an Authorization Code, along with our mailing address. You may print out this code or simply write the Authorization Code on a copy of the original receipt, which must be included when returning the
item/s to us. Whatever method you choose, you must include this Authorization Code along with the item/s and a copy of the original receipt. No refund/exchange will be granted without an Authorization Code issued by Betwinkled. Therefore, please be sure to contact us prior to returning
the item/s to us so that we can issue you one.
Any item/s returned to us must be in its original/undamaged condition. The item/s must be returned to us within 7 business days of receiving merchandise in order to receive a refund/exchange. Under no circumstances will a refund/exchange be granted beyond this allotted time frame. Should you opt for a refund, rather than an exchange, you will be charged a restocking fee of 5%, which will be deducted from your refund.
Betwinkled will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, therefore, for your protection, please insure your package (for the value
of the item/s) when sending it to us. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning the item/s to us for a refund/exchange, as well as for the shipping of the newly exchanged item to you.

Maintenance:
Following a few general tips should keep your jewelry in top shape.
To clean transparent, crystalline gemstones, simply soak them in warm water with a touch of gentle soap. If necessary, use a soft facial or
cosmetic brush, such as the ones used to apply eye shadow. Since crystals are made of a single mineral, they are not absorbent. All its molecules are lined up so tightly, that there is no room for entry.
The most secure way to clean your jewelry is in a bowl. This way, you do not have to worry about it getting scratched on hard surfaces or, worse, having it go down your water drain.
Opaque gemstones, such as turquoise, for instance, can be porous, therefore may absorb chemicals - even mild soap. Because of this, the inside
of the stone may create a build-up and discoloration may occur. When cleaning, wipe them with only a moist cloth (preferably 100% cotton), if you want to be on the safe side.
Organic gemstones, such as pearls, coral, and amber, should also be wiped clean with only a moist cloth (preferably 100% cotton). Due to their organic nature, these stones are, both, soft and porous and, just as opaque gemstones, they can be very absorbent. Be careful with hairsprays, cosmetics, or perfumes. Over time, their chemicals can damage pearls, in particular. If you are going to use any of these, always make sure to
apply them before putting any piece of jewelry on.
Even the strongest gemstone variety can be vulnerable to breakage if it has inclusions that weaken the crystal structure. The trick is to exercise common sense. If you are going to do any activity that may be even a bit strenuous, take off your jewelry. Do not go swimming with it, especially
in a pool, as chlorine can be damaging to some gemstones. For a general rule-of-thumb, as to when to take off your jewelry, simply put - when in
doubt, keep it out.
When not wearing, you should store your jewelry (separately) in soft, jewelry pouches. This way, you can keep your jewelry from getting
scratched or tangled up with each other. It can also delay your sterling silver from tarnishing, since oxygen is to blame for this unavoidable, natural process. A great way to keep sterling silver tarnish-free and sparkly is to gently buff it with a soft, cotton cloth (preferably 100% cotton) regularly, especially after every use.
In order to keep your jewelry in top shape, you need to preserve it so that it can keep its beautiful luster. The vast majority can be cleaned to a
greater or lesser extent, however, the world of jewelry is very big and some stones/metals can be damaged even during the most delicate handling. Because of this, if you are in doubt of the caring of a certain piece, please research further, prior to cleaning, as we are not responsible for any damage caused, due to the cleansing of your jewelry.

Repairs:
If properly cared for, a Betwinkled design should last you many years to come. However, in the event that a piece needs repair, please do not
hesitate to contact us with the specific problem. If we cannot make a proper repair assessment, without actually having the piece in our possession, we will advise you to send it to us in order to give you an accurate quote. We will contact you via e-mail with the repair fee and shipping charges
prior to performing any labor work.
As our merchandise changes quite often, some components (i.e. exclusive items) may not be available for repair, in which case, we will make every attempt to find something similar. Should this be the case, we will contact you via e-mail to make sure that you approve of the substitution before sending the item to us for repairing.
We have no desire or intentions to make any profit from any repairs. Repair estimates are strictly to cover for any components replaced, unless
the repair is of a more extensive nature, in which case, we will notify you of any minimal labor charges. You can be assured that we will not overcharge you on any repair issue that you may have, as we want you, a valued customer, to be absolutely fulfilled.

We, at Betwinkled, are strict about our quality standards. We do our best to handpick each gemstone and other components in our designs to
assure, not only maximum quality, but exquisite beauty as well. However, as with all natural stones and other components, color, size, and/or
shape may vary, to some degree, from those pictured in our online catalog. As a matter of fact, no two are exactly the same. Also, variations in monitors may sometimes play a role in color inaccuracies. With all this in mind, please be assured that we make every possible effort in accurately depicting every aspect of our designs, as we do when describing them.

hazard. Betwinkled uses the best materials available for its designs, however, no component can ever be fully guaranteed not to break, especially, while in the hands of young children. These components may present a choking hazard to an unsupervised child and can, unfortunately, result in tragedy. Please take the same precautions for pets, as they can be just as curious, if not more, than children.
Prior to purchasing one of our pieces, please be aware of any jewelry-related allergies that you may have, as we are not responsible for any
allergic reactions. Every piece in our collection has a description of its components, not only for your knowledge, but to help you in identifying any
potential allergy hazards that you may, personally, be sensitive to.

As per OEHHA (Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment), we, as a business, are required, by law, to inform all California residents of
